How to Measure
Over Bust
Measure around the back with the tape measure meeting at the front.
Please make sure the tape measure slips under the arms and above the
breasts. Exhale, as there can be a difference of about 3" in your
measurement. Measure snugly without digging in
Bust
Take Your Bust Measurement. Wrap the measuring tape
somewhat loosely around the fullest part of your chest (at
nipple level). Round to the nearest whole number
Under Bust
Place a tape measure firmly around your chest and let it rest
just under your bust, making sure that the tape is lying
straight across your back. Pull it snug but not too tight – it
shouldn't cut into your skin.
Waist
Use the tape to circle your waist (sort of like a belt would) at
your natural waistline, which is located above your belly
button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the
crease that forms is your natural waistline)
Hip
Put your feet together. Locate the correct area of your hips - the widest
point around your buttocks. Your hip measurement should include your
buttocks and hips. Hold the start of the tape measure on one hip, wrap it
around your buttocks and around your other hip and then back to where
you started
